摘要
目的:系统评价重症监护病房(ICU)护士对临床报警的认知和态度。方法:计算机检索PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)自建库至2022年11月有关ICU护士对临床报警认知和体验的质性研究。采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果:共纳入8篇研究,提炼出49个研究结果,归纳成6个新类别,综合成3个整合结果。1)临床报警对病人健康的利弊;2)临床报警信息的延误与管理的偏差;3)核心能力欠缺强化负性应激反应。结论:亟需提升临床报警系统性能,保障病人安全;优化报警仪器的便捷性,规范临床报警综合管理;关切护士应激状态,提升护士处理临床报警的胜任力。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the cognition and attitude of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU)towards clinical alarm.Methods:The qualitative studies on cognition and experience of ICU nurses to clinical alarm were searched in PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM).The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to November 2022.The quality of the literature was evaluated by using the 2016 edition of the quality evaluation criteria of evidence-based health care centers in Australia,and the results were integrated and analyzed by Meta integration method.Results:A total of 8 studies were included,and 49 research results were extracted,which were summarized into 6 new categories and synthesized into 3 integrated results.1)The advantages and disadvantages of clinical alarm to patients′health.2)Delay of clinical alarm information and deviation of management.3)Lack of core competence enhances negative stress response.Conclusions:It is urgent to improve the performance of clinical alarm system to ensure the safety of patients,optimize the convenience of alarm instrument and standardize the comprehensive management of clinical alarm.The stress state of nurses was concerned,and the competence of nurses to deal with clinical alarm was improved.
