正念干预对护理人员焦虑及抑郁情绪影响的Meta分析

Effect of mindfulness-based intervention on anxiety and depression of nurses:a Meta-analysis

目的:评价正念干预(mindfulness-based interventions,MBIs)对护理人员焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、EMbase、中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库中关于正念干预对护理人员焦虑和抑郁影响的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2022年9月6日。2名研究员完成文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,试验组焦虑得分[SMD=-0.60,95%CI(-0.76,-0.44),P<0.00001]、抑郁得分[SMD=-0.51,95%CI(-0.66,-0.35),P<0.00001]均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,正念干预对护理人员焦虑、抑郁情绪有缓解作用,由于纳入的文献数量较少,未来需在不同研究人群中进行更大样本的多中心研究,并对正念干预在各人群中的长期(>12周)效果进行持续观察。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of mindfulness-based interventions(MBIs)on anxiety and depression in nursing staff.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of mindfulness intervention on anxiety and depression in caregivers were searched from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Database and VIP.The search period was from September 6,2022.After literature selection,data extraction and quality evaluation were completed by two researchers,RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis.Results:A total of 8 articles were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the scores of anxiety(SMD=-0.60,95%CI-0.76--0.44,P<0.00001)and depression(SMD=-0.51,95%CI-0.66--0.35,P<0.00001)in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that mindfulness intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression among caregivers,and the number of literature included in this study is small.In the future,multi-center studies with larger samples in different study populations should be conducted,and the long-term(>12 weeks)effects of mindfulness intervention in various populations should be continuously monitored.
