摘要
为提高铁路车站货物的运输和卸车效率,针对翻车机回翻对位不准的问题设计基于物联网+PLC的铁路翻车控制系统。该系统根据翻车机的工艺流程采用PID算法实现了回翻转速的精准控制,并通过速控云盒子(Suk-Box-4G)开发上位机远程监控系统。测试结果表明,设计的控制系统回翻顺滑、可靠性高,提升了翻车过程控制的自动化水平。
In order to improve the efficiency of freight transportation and unloading at railway stations,a railway rollover control system based on Internet of Things+PLC is designed to solve the problem of incorrect rollover alignment.According to the process flow of the tipper,the PID algorithm is used to realize the accurate control of the tipper speed,and the remote monitoring system of the upper computer is deve-loped through Suk-Box-4G.The test results show that the designed control system has smooth rollover and high reliability,improving the automation level of rollover process control.
