摘要
研制了一种温控型化学液体堵漏剂(BDS),适用于油水井破损套管的修补作业。配制出适合不同井况的堵剂,评价了堵剂抗压性能、耐腐蚀性能、固化温度以及固化时间等性能指标。结果表明,堵剂的固化温度在0~150℃可调,固化时间在30 min~10 h可控,抗压强度达140 MPa,耐酸碱盐能力优异,性能稳定。通过应用实例证明,该堵剂堵漏成功率极高。
A new type of chemical plugging agent has been developed(Bonding&Sealing,BDS),which is suitable for repairing casing damage in oil and water wells.Through a series of research and development work,plugging agent formulations for different well conditions were obtained,and various performance indicators of the plugging agent were evaluated,including pressure resistance,corrosion resistance,curing temperature,and curing time,etc.The test results show that the curing temperature of the plugging agent can be adjusted from 0℃to 150℃,the curing time can be controlled from 30 min to 10 h,the compressive strength can reach 140 MPa,with stable performance.Several application examples are given to prove that the plugging agent has a high success rate of plugging and broad application prospects.
