摘要
对Y型分子筛进行Ce^(3+)或La^(3+)阳离子交换,采用浸渍法制备出Pt/CeY或Pt/LaY催化剂;对催化剂进行XRD、N_(2)物理吸附-脱附、NH_(3)-TPD等物理化学性能表征,并以工业化精制石脑油为原料,在固定床装置上进行评价。结果表明,Pt/CeY催化剂芳构化性能最优,生成油芳烃质量分数为78.4%,芳烃产率为51.0%,与相同条件下的商业试剂相比,芳烃质量分数提高64%,芳烃产率提高20%。
The reforming catalysts of Pt/CeY and Pt/LaY were prepared by Ce^(3+)or La^(3+)ion exchanging and modifying of zeolite Y.The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were investigated by XRD,N_(2)physical adsorption-desorption,NH_(3)-TPD,etc.Using industrialized H 2-treated naphtha as raw material,the reaction performances were investigated on a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that the aromatic content of the product by Pt/CeY catalyst was 78.4%,and the aromatic yield was 51.0%.Under the same conditions,compared with domestic industrial reforming catalysts,the aromatic products of the Pt/CeY catalyst has been increased by 64%,and the yield has been increased by 20%,indicating better prospects for industrial application.
