摘要
应激反应是引起雌性动物生殖系统损伤的重要因素之一,环境暴露、压力刺激以及生殖系统疾病等均会造成雌性动物不孕、自然流产、围产期疾病,进而导致各种生殖问题。当前研究证实,应激反应对雌性生殖系统损伤是受多个网络信号通路的复杂调控,包括内分泌系统紊乱、活性氧途径激活以及内质网氧化应激途径的启动等。论文重点围绕应激对雌性动物生殖系统疾病的影响、雌性动物生殖系统疾病的主要分子生物学检测方法,以及应激下雌性动物生殖系统疾病的分子机制最新研究进行阐述。
Stress response is one of the important factors that cause damage to the reproductive system of female animals.Environmental exposure,stress stimulation,and reproductive system diseases can all lead to infertility,natural abortion,perinatal diseases,and various reproductive problems in female animals.Current research has confirmed that the damage of stress response to female reproductive system is complex regulated by multiple network signal pathways,including endocrine system disorder,activation of reactive oxygen species pathway,and activation of endoplasmic reticulum oxidative stress pathway.The focus is on the impact of stress on female reproductive system diseases,the main molecular biology detection methods for female reproductive system diseases,and the latest research on the molecular mechanisms of female reproductive system diseases under stress.
