自拟中药复方制剂对患子宫内膜炎肉母牛外周血淋巴细胞、细胞因子和繁殖激素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 自拟配制中药复方制剂,探讨该方对患子宫内膜炎肉母牛外周血淋巴细胞、细胞因子和繁殖激素等的影响。试验选取20头产后患有子宫内膜炎肉母牛,随机分为对照组、中药复方制剂低、中和高3个剂量组。试验组每天分别灌服400 g/头、500 g/头、600 g/头剂量的中药复方制剂,连续给药14 d。试验结束后尾静脉采集血液样本,预处理后对外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群比例、淋巴细胞转化率和凋亡率、血清中细胞因子、免疫球蛋白和生殖激素的含量进行测定。结果表明,复方中药制剂中、高浓度组与对照组相比,CD4^(+)T细胞比例、IL-4、AMH、E2和INHB均极显著升高(P<0.01),IgM和IgA水平显著升高(P<0.05),淋巴细胞转化率显著提升(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率显著降低(P<0.05);低浓度组与对照组相比CD4^(+)T细胞比例显著升高(P<0.05),IL-6含量极显著降低(P<0.01);在低、中和高浓度组中CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞较对照组出现极显著升高(P<0.01),CD8^(+)T细胞比例极显著降低(P<0.01)。与低剂量组相比,高浓度组CD8^(+)T细胞比例显著降低(P<0.05),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞和AMH极显著升高(P<0.01),CD4^(+)T细胞比例显著提升(P<0.05);中浓度组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞显著升高(P<0.05)。说明在中药复方制剂干预后,患子宫内膜炎肉母牛能够显著增强免疫性能,降低炎症反应,改善繁殖激素水平。 This study was conducted to study the effects of TCM compound preparation on lymphocytes,cytokines and reproductive hormones in peripheral blood of cows with endometritis.In this experiment,20 postpartum beef cows with endometritis were randomly divided into control group,low,medium and high dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation.The experimental groups were given 400 g/head,500 g/head and 600 g/head doses of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for 14 days.After the end of the experiment,blood samples were collected from the tail vein.After pretreatment,the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,lymphocyte transformation rate and apoptosis rate,serum cytokines,immunoglobulins and reproductive hormones were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the proportion of CD4^(+)T cells,IL-4,AMH,E2 and INHB were significantly increased(P<0.01),the levels of IgM and IgA were significantly increased(P<0.05),the lymphocyte transformation rate was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of CD4^(+)T cells in the low concentration group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of IL-6 was significantly decreased(P<0.01).The ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the low,medium and high concentration groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the proportion of CD8^(+)T cells was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the low-dose group,the proportion of CD8^(+)T cells in the high-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and AMH were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the proportion of CD4^(+)T cells was significantly increased(P<0.05).CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T cells in medium concentration group was significantly increased(P<0.05).These results indicated that after the intervention of Chinese medicine compound preparation,the immune performance of cows with endometritis could be significantly enhanced,the inflammatory response could be reduced,and the levels of reproductive hormones could be improved.
