基于数智思维的工商管理专业课程体系建设

Digital and intelligent transformation of business administration curriculum construction

数智时代,工商管理专业人才培养迫切需要变革,以适应数智时代企业管理创新、业务重构的需求。以佛山科学技术学院工商管理专业创新班改革为例,探讨具有工商管理专业特色的数智思维内涵,提出格局思维、系统思维、数据思维、创新思维四方面内容,并在数智思维内涵分析基础上,提出基于数智思维工商管理人才培养模式,对基于数智思维的工商管理专业教学方法与课程体系变革提出实践解决方案。该课程体系建设经验为管理类高校培养跨学科高素质人才提供了借鉴。

In the digital age,the enterprise management model is changing and the business model is reconstructing.Higher education training of business administration need to reform to meet social development need.First,we discuss the connotation of digital and intelligent transformation in business administration discipline,and put forward four aspects to explain the transformation,such as pattern thinking,system thinking,data thinking and innovative thinking.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the connotation,we put forward the mode of digital and intelligent transformation of business administration curriculum construction.Finally,the paper puts forward practical solutions to the digital reform of business administration teaching.
