摘要 人因工程是一门具有独特理论体系和知识框架的交叉学科。作为高校工业设计专业的重要专业基础课程,如何在介绍基本理论知识的同时结合工业设计的专业特点开展教学活动已成为一个具有挑战性地课题。在研究和分析了国内外工业设计专业人因工程课程教学现状的基础上,提出了以能力提升为向导的课程改革思路,在丰富课程内容及案例、创新实验教学和课程考核等方面开展了大量的改革和探索,使人因工程课程的教学更加符合工业设计专业新工科建设的要求,提高了工业设计学生学习该课程的兴趣和灵活运用相关知识的能力。 Human factors engineering is an interdisciplinary field with a unique theoretical framework and knowledge base.As an important foundational course for industrial design majors in universities,it has become a challenging task to integrate basic theoretical knowledge with the specialized characteristics of industrial design in teaching activities.Based on research and analysis of the current status of human factors engineering courses in industrial design programs both domestically and internationally,a course reform approach guided by competency enhancement has been proposed.This approach has involved extensive and positive reforms and explorations in enriching course content and case studies,innovative laboratory teaching,and course assessment.These efforts have made the teaching of human factors engineering courses more aligned with the requirements of Industrial Design New Engineering Disciplines,and have increased the interest and ability of industrial design students to apply relevant knowledge flexibly.
