摘要
推进南京-合肥双都市圈协同发展,是实现长三角一体化的重要举措。文章以交通一体化为视角,从公路交通协同、铁路交通协同、水路交通协同3个方面构建指标体系,对南京-合肥双都市圈的协同发展水平进行测度和比较。结果表明,南京都市圈交通协同程度较高,合肥都市圈相对较低,南京-合肥双都市圈交通协同程度尚可,但仍存在都市圈之间没有列车互通、铁路班次密度较低等问题,需要进一步完善交通一体化机制,健全都市圈通勤交通网,打造立体交通网络。
Promoting the coordinated development of the Nanjing-Hefei dual metropolitan area is an important measure to achieve the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.The article takes the perspective of transportation integration and constructs an indicator system from three aspects:highway transportation coordination,railway transportation coordination,and waterway transportation coordination,to measure and compare the level of collaborative development of the Nanjing-Hefei dual metropolitan area.The results indicate that the degree of transportation collaboration in the Nanjing metropolitan area is relatively high,while the Hefei metropolitan area is relatively low.The degree of transportation collaboration in the Nanjing-Hefei dual metropolitan area is still acceptable,but there are still problems such as lack of train interchanges between metropolitan areas and low railway frequency density.It is necessary to further improve the transportation integration mechanism,improve the commuting transportation network in the metropolitan area,and create a three-dimensional transportation network.
