“互联网+政务服务”是推进政府“放管服”改革、实现政府治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要基础性工程,有利于加快转变政府职能、提高政府服务效率、便利群众办事创业。文章基于多源流理论和相关政策实施特点构建“互联网+政务服务”政策分析框架,探讨我国“互联网+政务服务”政策的实践逻辑,进而提出应通过加快政务平台建设、加强基础设施建设及健全法规支撑体系多角度提升政策效益的推进路径,促进我国“互联网+政务服务”的可持续发展。

“Internet+government affairs service”is an important basic project to promote the reform of government“delegating control and service”and realize the modernization of government governance capacity and governance system.It will help accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the efficiency of government services,and facilitate the people to work and start businesses.Based on the multi-source theory and the characteristics of relevant policy implementation,the“Internet+government affairs services”policy analysis framework is constructed,the practical logic of China’s“Internet+government affairs services”policy is discussed,and the promotion path of policy efficiency is proposed by speeding up the construction of government affairs platform,strengthening infrastructure construction and improving the support system of regulations to promote the sustainable development of“Internet+government affairs services”in our country.
