通识教育视野下的高校思想政治教育

Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of General Education

以通识教育为背景,分析高校思想政治教育现状,发现当前高校思想政治教育教学存在教育内容与需求不符、教师评价机制不健全、教育目标功利化局限等问题。为了最大限度地发挥思想政治教育立德树人的教学功能,提出从建设人文氛围浓厚的校园文化、健全高校教师评价机制、丰富思想政治教育内容的建议,希望高校思想政治教育在通识教育参照视野的影响下提高教学成效。

Taking general education as the background,this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and finds that the current teaching of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has problems such as inconsistent educational content and demand,imperfect teacher evaluation mechanism,and utilitarian limitation of educational goals.In order to maximize the teaching function of ideological and political education in cultivating morality and cultivating people,suggestions are put forward from the perspective of building a campus culture with a strong humanistic atmosphere,improving the evaluation mechanism of college teachers,and enriching the content of ideological and political education,hoping that ideological and political education in colleges and universities will improve teaching effectiveness under the influence of the reference vision of general education.
