摘要
地方高校师范生师德水平直接关系到地方教育事业的未来,关系到党和国家对教育事业发展的百年大计。通过研究发现,目前地方高校师范生师德教育取得一定成效,但在课程设置、内容选取、师资力量以及师范生自身的师德培养中仍存在一定不足。地方高校应不断地优化师德教育课程体系,打造专业化师德教育课程教师团队,构建常态化师德教育课程实践模式,积极发挥学生的主观能动性,提升师范生师德教育水平。
The level of teachers'ethics of normal students in ethnic minority areas is directly related to the future of education in ethnic minority areas,but also to the long-term plan of the Party and the country for the development of education in ethnic minority areas.Through investigation and research,this paper finds that although some achievements have been made in the current ethics education of normal university students in ethnic minority areas,there are still some deficiencies in the curriculum,content selection,teachers and the cultivation of normal university students'own ethics.This paper tries to make a thorough and systematic answer to the current situation of teacher's ethics education of normal university students in ethnic regions.
