新时代背景下普通高校工科专业劳动教育路径探索

On the Labor Education Path for Engineering Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Era

当今劳动教育发挥着越来越重要的作用,国家大力推进劳动教育,积极构建五育并举和五育融合的教育体系,新时代普通应用型高校如何开展好劳动教育成为新的时代课题。高校应在坚持我国劳动教育历史经验基础上,创新教育教学方式。文章从加强顶层设计、加强劳动教师队伍建设、创新劳动教育教学工作、加强校园文化建设、做好服务保障工作等五个方面进行了阐释,为切实做好普通应用型高校工科专业的劳动教育提供借鉴。

Labor education plays an increasingly vital role in the new era.With the vigorous promotion of labor education advocated by our country and the active establishment of an education system that ensures the simultaneous development and integration of five educations,how to carry out labor education in ordinary application-oriented colleges and universities has become a topic of the new era.On the basis of adhering to the historical experience of labor education in our country,we should make innovation in the way of education and teaching.This paper makes explanation from five aspects,strengthening the top-level design,enhancing the construction of the labor teacher team,innovating the teaching of labor education,promoting the construction of campus culture,and doing a good job in service guarantee work,so as to provide reference for effectively implementing the labor education for engineering majors in ordinary application-orientedcolleges and universities.
