需求导向视域下档案学专业本科人才培养方案的修订研究——以韩山师范学院为例

Research on the Revision of Undergraduate Talent Training Plan for Archival Science from a Demand-oriented Perspective——Taking Hanshan Normal University as an Example

深化本科教学改革,创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,是高等教育永恒的主题。韩山师范学院档案学专业2022年通过修订本科人才培养方案,坚持特色的办学定位,深化本科教学改革。以需求为导向,推动课程体系创新;以能力培养为核心,提升人才培养质量,实现了高级应用型人才培养方案的重构。

Deepening the reform of undergraduate teaching,innovating the mode of talent training and improving the quality of talent training are the eternal themes of higher education.In 2022,the Archival Science major of Hanshan Normal University revised the undergraduate talent training program,adhered to the distinctive educational positioning,deepened the undergraduate teaching reform,promoted the innovation of curriculum system which based on the demand orientation,and took ability training as the core to improve the quality of talent training,realized the reconstruction of the training scheme for advanced applied talents.
