供求均衡的新解释及宏观调控政策建议

New Explanation of Supply and Demand Equilibrium and Suggestions of Macro-control Policy

西方主流经济学存在微观与宏观不衔接的问题。本文对供求价格机制进行了新的分析,在供求价格运动中区分了有效供求与无效供求,同时考虑了供求与价格在相互决定关系中的时间阶段差异,得出结论:供求价格机制不会使供给、需求和价格回到原出发点,西方学者在微观领域设想的以静止稳态为特征的均衡无法实现,市场自发调节并不能使经济运行时时处于稳定均衡。进一步的原因分析表明,不稳定性、非均衡性正是发展的动力源泉,因此宏观调控对稳定均衡的追求应当遵循适度性原则。本文从供求价格运动这一经济运行基本机制角度为国家干预经济的宏观经济学提供微观基础,相应提出政策建议。

There is a disconnection between micro and macro perspectives in western mainstream economics.This paper makes a new analysis of the supply and demand price mechanism.In the movement of supply and demand price,this paper distinguishes effective supply and demand from ineffective supply and demand,and distinguishes the period difference between supply and demand and price in the mutual determining relationship,and concludes that the supply and demand price mechanism will not make supply,demand and price return to the original starting point.The equilibrium characterized by static and steady state assumed by western scholars in the micro field cannot be realized,and the spontaneous regulation of the market cannot make the economy run in a stable equilibrium at all times.Further analysis shows that instability and non-equilibrium are the driving force of development,so the pursuit of stability and equilibrium in macro-control should follow the principle of appropriateness.From the point of view of the basic mechanism of economic operation,this paper provides the micro basis for the state intervention in the macroeconomics of economy and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
