文化“走出去”视阈下文化负载词的英译策略评析——以《习近平谈治国理政》(第三卷)为例

Interpretation of Translation Strategies of Culture-loaded Words from the Perspective of Cultural“Going Out”with Xi Jinping’s The Governance of China(Ⅲ)

翻译既是语际转换又是跨文化交流,是推动文化对外传播的重要途径。在文化“走出去”的背景下,如何把文化负载词翻译成目标语,让目标语读者理解和接受是每一位译者的责任和使命。研究《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷中的文化负载词英译并进行评议,从文化翻译的视角探究其如何实现中国文化“走出去”。

Translation is not only interlingual conversion but also cross-cultural communication,which is an important way to promote the spread of culture to the outside world.In the context of“Going Out”of Chinese culture,it is the responsibility and mission of every translator to translate culture-loaded words into target language,so that the target language readers can understand and accept Chinese culture.It evaluated the English translation of culture-loaded words in this paper in Xi Jinping’s The Governance of China(Ⅲ)and explored how it can realize the“Going Out”of Chinese culture from the perspective of cultural translation.
