摘要 目的:基于文献回顾及德尔菲法构建辅导员专业核心素养模型,并进行培养路径探析,为高校辅导员队伍建设提供理论依据和方案参考。方法:系统回顾文献,借鉴已有成果获得辅导员核心素养的指标体系,采用德尔菲专家咨询法最终确定辅导员核心素养的指标体系。结果:构建了由3个一级指标、9个二级指标、27个三级指标组成的高校辅导员核心素养模型。结论:构建符合新时代要求的高校辅导员核心素养体系,加强其核心素养建设,符合新时代高校思想政治工作及人才培养的要求,具有一定的参考价值和实践指导意义。 Objective:Based on literature review and Delphi method,the model of professional core literacy of counselors was constructed,and the training path was analyzed in this study,providing theoretical basis and scheme reference for the construction of college counselors.Methods:The literature was systematically reviewed,the index system of counselors’core literacy was obtained by referring to the existing achievements,and the index system of counselors’core literacy was finally determined by Delphi expert consultation method.Results:The core literacy model of college counselors was constructed,which was composed of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators.Conclusion:It is of certain reference value and practical guiding significance to construct the core literacy system of college counselors in line with the requirements of the New Era and strengthen the construction of their core literacy,which is in line with the requirements of ideological and political work and personnel training in colleges and universities.
