摘要
光伏玻璃制造中窑炉烟气里的NO_(X)是大气主要污染物之一,根据玻璃窑炉温度较高的特性,其热力型NO_(X)是主要产生途径,受燃烧区域温度、空气过剩系数等影响。随着国家对大气污染物排放要求的不断提高,控制玻璃熔化过程以及加强余热系统烟气治理变得尤为重要。针对NO_(X)的控制与管理,从源头出发,分析NO_(X)形成的影响因素及治理方案,通过控制玻璃窑炉熔化的空气过剩系数、火焰的状态、烟气在高温区域的停留时间以及余热设备的优化等,减少NO_(X)的生成,提高NO_(X)的治理效率,从而降低NO_(X)排放的浓度值,降低环保运维成本。
NO_(X)in the flue gas of photovoltaic glass manufacturing kilns is one of the main atmospheric pollutants,According to the high temperature characteristics of glass kilns,its thermal type NO_(X)is the main generation pathway,which is affected by the temperature of the combustion area、air excess coefficient and other factors.With the continuous improvement of national requirements for air pollutant emissions,controlling the glass melting process and strengthening flue gas treatment in waste heat systems have become particularly important.Regarding the control and management of NO_(X),starting from the source,analyze the influencing factors and treatment plans for NO_(X)formation,By controlling the excess air coefficient of glass furnace melting、flame state、residence time of flue gas in high-temperature areas、and optimization of waste heat equipment,on the one hand,reduce the generation of NO X,and on the other hand,improve the treatment efficiency of NO_(X),thereby reducing the concentration value of NO_(X)emissions and reducing environmental protection operation and maintenance costs.
