摘要 为探明蓖麻主要农艺性状间的内在联系,并为筛选出综合表现优良的蓖麻品种提供基础材料,本试验以16个蓖麻杂交组合及其8个亲本为材料,对其生育期、株高、主茎节数、有效分枝数、百粒重、容重和产量等共15个主要农艺性状进行变异分析、配合力分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数分析。结果表明,15个性状的变异系数范围在3.90%~35.96%之间。一般配合力分析中,6906、Amk1和Amk85的一般配合力较为优良。特殊配合力分析中,Amk7×8927的SCA效应值最高且为正效应。主成分分析将供试材料的15个农艺性状综合成为5个主成分,其特征值分别为5.634、2.607、1.798、1.525、1.099,累积贡献率达84.419%。通过隶属函数分析,筛选出3个综合性状优良的组合,分别为:Amk1×6906、Amk85×6906和Amk85×3890。上述研究结果可为蓖麻的良种选育提供参考。 In order to explore the internal relationship among the main agronomic traits of castor and screen out the castor varieties with excellent comprehensive performance,16 castor hybrid combinations and their 8 parents were used as experimental materials in this experiment.Fifteen main agronomic traits such as growth period,plant height,node number of main stem,effective branch number,100-grain weight,bulk density and yield were studied by variation analysis,combining ability analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 15 traits ranged from 3.90%to 35.96%.In the analysis of combining ability,the general combining ability of 6906,Amk1 and Amk85 was better,the effect value of special combining ability of Amk7×8927 was the high-est and positive.The 15 agronomic traits of the tested materials were integrated into 5 principal components by principal component analysis with the eigenvalues as 5.634,2.607,1.798,1.525 and 1.099 respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate as 84.419%.Through the membership function analysis,three combinations with excellent comprehensive traits were screened out,namely Amk1×6906,Amk85×6906 and Amk85×3890.The above research results could provide references for the breeding of castor.
