农用抗生素摄入对微小花蝽成虫生长发育和捕食能力的影响

Effects of Agricultural Antibiotic Intervention on Growthꎬ Development and Predation Ability of Orius minutus Adults

摘要 农用抗生素申嗪霉素和春雷霉素广泛应用于作物病害防治,但其对非靶标天敌昆虫微小花蝽的影响尚未做出评价。本试验采用年龄-阶段两性生命表理论方法,研究五龄若虫阶段摄入申嗪霉素和春雷霉素对天敌昆虫微小花蝽成虫生长发育和对茶棍蓟马捕食率的影响。结果表明,两种农用抗生素的摄入造成微小花蝽成虫生殖力下降:对照组生殖力F=54.11,净繁殖率R_(0)=14.61;申嗪霉素处理组F=46.55,R_(0)=13.50;春雷霉素处理组生殖力F=41.19,R_(0)=11.12。此外,两种农用抗生素处理还降低微小花蝽对茶棍蓟马的净捕食率,对照组C_(0)=288.04,春雷霉素处理组C_(0)=247.70,申嗪霉素处理组C_(0)=278.09。农用抗生素的摄入影响微小花蝽的生长发育和对害虫的捕食量,因此,在实施天敌保护和利用的农田应当谨慎使用抗生素杀菌剂。 The agricultural antibiotics of Shenqinmycin and Kasugamycin have been widely used in crop disease control,but their effects on the non-target natural enemy insect Orius minutus have not been evaluated.The age-stage two-sex life table was used in this experiment to study the effects of the 5th instar nymphs inges-ting Shenqinmysin and Kasugamysin on the growth and development of the natural predator O.minutus adults and their predation rate to tea thrips(Dendrothrips minowai).The results showed that compared to the untreat-ed group(CK),the adult reproduction of O.minutus decreased after ingesting the two agricultural antibiotics.The fecundity(F)and the net reproductive rate(R_(0))of CK were 54.11 and 14.61 respectively,while those of Shenqinmysin group(A)and Kasugamysin group(B)were 46.55 and 13.50,and 41.19 and 11.12,re-spectively.In addition,the two antibiotic intervention also reduced the net predation rate(C_(0))of O.minutus to tea thrips,and the C_(0) of CK,A and B groups were 288.04,247.70 and 278.09,respectively.In conclu-sion,the intervention of the two agricultural antibiotics could affect the growth and development of O.minutus and the amount of predation on pests,so the two antibiotics should be used carefully in the fields where natural enemies were protected and utilized.
