重视开展廉洁文化教育是我们党的优良传统,廉洁文化教育属于思想政治教育的范畴,高校思想政治理论课教师是开展廉洁文化教育的重要主体之一。新时代高校加强廉洁文化教育要充分发挥思想政治理论课教师的主体作用,这对于落实党中央深化廉洁文化教育的有关文件精神,增强廉洁文化教育实效性具有重要的现实意义。高校思想政治理论课教师能否发挥主体作用,有效地开展廉洁文化教育,关键在于提高他们的认知力、专业知识能力和教育行动力,因此以这三个基本维度作为切入点进行具体而详实的分析,以期为新时代高校思想政治理论课教师提供有益参考。

It is a fine tradition of our party to attach significance to the education of clean culture.Clean cul-ture education belongs to the category of ideological and political education,and teachers of ideological and politi-cal theory courses in universities are one of the essential subjects in carrying out clean culture education.In the new era,universities should fully play the main role of ideological and political theory course teachers in strength-ening clean culture education,which has substantial practical significance for implementing the relevant docu-ments of the Party Central Committee to deepen clean culture education and enhancing the effectiveness of clean culture education.Whether the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in universities are able to play the main role and effectively carry out the education of clean culture.The key lies in improving their cognitive ability,professional knowledge ability and educational action ability.Therefore,this paper takes these three basic dimensions as the starting point to make a specific and detailed analysis,hoping to provide useful reference for the ideological and political theory teachers in universities in the new era.
