林内道路建设、规划及维护对森林防火工作的影响

The Influence of Forest Road Construction,Planning and Maintenance on Forest Fire

森林道路是进入林火发生地的通道,在防火工作中发挥着关键作用。林内道路的建设、规划与维护是决定森林火灾扑救效率、消防力量机动速度的关键因子。然而,当下部分林区内在建设、规划道路时并没有考虑其在防火中的作用。以易燃地区森林道路为研究对象,探讨林内道路网络建设、规划和维护时需遵循的基本原则,定义、总结其主要作用及相关经验做法,分析森林道路在火灾预防和扑救中的作用,讨论林内道路建设对森林资源保护重要性。

Forest roads are access to forest fires and play a key role in fire prevention efforts.The construction,planning and maintenance of roads in the forest are the key factors that determine the efficiency of forest fire fighting and the speed of fire fighting force.However,the role of forest roads in the construction and planning of roads in forest areas is not considered in fire prevention,and in this paper,forest roads in flammable areas were taken as the research object,the basic principles to be followed in the construction,planning and maintenance of road networks in forests were discussed,its main roles and related experience and practices were defined and summarized,the role of forest roads in fire prevention and fighting was analyzed,and the importance of forest road construction to the protection of forest resources was discussed.
