摘要 草原资源监测工作始于20世纪50年代,随着科学技术发展,草原监测方法由单一的地面调查技术发展到天空地一体化监测。如何解决从生产性监测到生态性监测,提高监测技术的准确性和针对性,重构草原资源遥感调查监测体系是新时代草原工作顶层设计和实验设计目标的基础保障,是推进林草融合(思想融合、工作融合、人员融合)、聚类发展的需要,其重要性显而易见。 The monitoring of grassland resources began in the 1950s.With the development of science and technology,grassland monitoring methods have been developed from a single ground survey technology to airspace-ground integrated monitoring.It is important to solve the problem from productive monitoring to ecological monitoring,improve the accuracy and pertinence of monitoring technology,and build a remote sensing survey and monitoring system for grassland resources in the new era.It is not only the basic guarantee for the toplevel design and experimental design goals of grassland work in the new era,but also the needs of forestry and grassland integration(including the integration of ideas,work,and personnel)and cluster development,and its importance is obvious.
