摘要
随着我国现代职业教育体系加快建设,教育层面的立德树人、经济层面的“中国创造”转型和战略层面的高质量发展都对高职学生的理想信念提出时代新要求。“理想信念”的内涵在德技并修、职业精神和工匠精神的交织呈现中初具雏形,在此基础上,高职学生“理想信念”核心素质的内涵要义应包含职业抱负、职业精神和职业品质三个指标,使之与国家建设、社会进步和个人发展相融合统一,从而推动高等职业教育育人质量的提升,培养出满足就业市场用人需求的高素质职业人才,促进高职学生的全面可持续发展,彰显培养高职学生“理想信念”核心素质的价值意蕴。
With the accelerated construction of China's modern vocational education system,the moral education at the educational level,the transformation of China's creation at the economic level and the high-quality development concept at the strategic level all put forward new requirements for the ideals and beliefs of higher vocational students.The connotation of"ideal and belief"has taken shape in the interweaving of moral and technical training,professional spirit and craftsman spirit.On this basis,the connotation of the core quality of"ideal and belief"of higher vocational students should include three indicators:professional ambition,professional spirit and professional quality,so as to integrate them with national construction,social progress and personal development,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education,cultivate high-quality professional talents to meet the employment needs of the employment market,promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of higher vocational students,and highlight the value implication of cultivating the core quality of"ideal and belief"of higher vocational students.
