提质培优背景下高职有效性教学的内涵、关键与路径

The Connotation,Key and Path of Effective Teaching in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Improving Quality and Improving Performance

高等职业教育是高等教育体系构成中不可或缺的重要组成部分。在提质培优高质量发展的新阶段,面对时代追求、产业供求、教育诉求与学生需求,提升高职有效性教学势在必行。文章在厘清有效性教学基本内涵的基础上,探讨高职有效性教学过程中需解决的一系列关键问题,并提出高职有效性教学的实践路径:一是基于问题导向进行教学设计,确保教学目标定位的有效性;二是以学生需求为中心,保障教学评价机制的有效性;三是深化产教融合,提升实践教学的有效性;四是“岗课赛证”融通,实现教学内容开发的有效性。

Vocational colleges are an indispensable and important component of the higher education system.In the new stage of improving quality,cultivating excellence,and high-quality development,facing the pursuit of the times,industry supply and demand,educational demands,and student needs,it is imperative to enhance the effectiveness of vocational education teaching.On the basis of clarifying the basic connotation of effective teaching,this paper explores a series of key issues that need to be solved in the process of effective teaching in vocational colleges,and proposes practical paths for effective teaching in vocational colleges:Firstly,based on problem oriented teaching design to ensure the effectiveness of teaching goal positioning;Secondly,centered on student needs to ensure the effectiveness of teaching evaluation mechanism;Thirdly,deepening the integration of industry and education to enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching;Finally,the integration of"on-the-job course competition certification"to achieve the effectiveness of teaching content development.
