摘要 本试验以华南五针松优树种子培育的超级苗为采穗母株,探究了生根剂、基质、穗条类型对华南五针松扦插育苗的影响。结果表明:通过正交试验法分别设置了9种生根剂和基质配比处理,其中以250 mg·L^(-1) PBZ+500 mg·L^(-1) IBA+1 000 mg·L^(-1) ABT1为生根剂,体积比为2∶1∶2∶0的黄泥、泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石为育苗基质,扦插成活率最高,达92.3%。在进一步优选穗条类型的情况下,以半木质化穗条进行扦插,育苗效果稳定,成活率提升至96.3%。本试验研究表明,通过优化生根剂、基质配比与穗条类型,扦插育苗成效显著,为今后华南五针松高效扦插育苗技术体系构建提供科学参考。 In this experiment,the super seedlings cultivated by the seeds of Pinus kwangtungensis were used as the parent plants to explore the effects of rooting agent,matrix and spike type on the cutting seedlings of P.kwangtungensis.The results showed that 9 kinds of rooting agents and matrix ratios were set up by orthogonal test.Among them,250 mg·L-1 PBZ+500 mg·L-1 IBA+1000 mg·L-1 ABT1 was used as rooting agent,and yellow soil,peat soil,perlite and vermiculite with a volume ratio of 2∶1∶2∶0 were used as seedling substrates.The survival rate of cuttings was the highest,reaching 92.3%.Under the condition of further optimizing the type of cuttings,the effect of semi-lignified cuttings was stable,and the survival rate increased to 96.3%.The experimental study showed that by optimizing the rooting agent,substrate ratio and cuttings type,cutting seedlings achieved remarkable results,which provided a scientific reference for the future construction of efficient cutting seedlings technology system in P.kwangtungensis.
