大数据在生态护林员实施中的作用和实践

The Role and Practice of Big Data in the Implementationof Ecological Forest Rangers

生态护林员是林草生态扶贫最重要的举措,启动以来,不仅帮助建档立卡人口实现家门口就业、山头上增收脱贫致富,而且有效地保护了林草湿沙等资源,得到地方政府和贫困人口的拥护,但实施过程中,也发现存在着一些困难和问题。本文在收集文献资料的基础上,结合作者从事生态护林员管理工作经历,对存在的问题进行分类,从大数据视域角度去分析和提出解决问题的途径,以大数据在云南的应用实践为例,阐述大数据在其中的作用,提出下一步加强生态护林员管理的建议。
