摘要
生态护林员是林草生态扶贫最重要的举措,启动以来,不仅帮助建档立卡人口实现家门口就业、山头上增收脱贫致富,而且有效地保护了林草湿沙等资源,得到地方政府和贫困人口的拥护,但实施过程中,也发现存在着一些困难和问题。本文在收集文献资料的基础上,结合作者从事生态护林员管理工作经历,对存在的问题进行分类,从大数据视域角度去分析和提出解决问题的途径,以大数据在云南的应用实践为例,阐述大数据在其中的作用,提出下一步加强生态护林员管理的建议。
The ecological forest protection is the most important benefits of ecological poverty alleviation measures,since the start,not only help document tent card realize home employment population,hills'income poverty to get rich,and effectively protect wet sand and other resources,the grassland and allegiance from the local government and the poor,but in the process of implementation,also found that there are some difficulties and problems.In this paper,on the basis of the literature information collection,combined with the author is engaged in the ecological forest protection personnel management work experience,classifying problems,from a perspective of big data,to analysis and put forward the way to solve the problem,the practical application of big data in yunnan as an example,this paper in which large data,puts forward Suggestions on the next step to strengthen the management of ecological forest protection personnel.
