大数据视域下高校教育教学管理创新路径研究

摘要 随着大数据技术研究和应用的日益深入,在高校教学管理领域,不少高校都在积极探索数据驱动的教学、教研以及教师队伍治理等应用场景,但整体的应用深度不足,普及面不广。基于此,本文从高校教育教学数字化转型的实践逻辑出发,分析了教育数字化转型面临的现实难题,并从树立教育管理的大数据观念、建立统一接口的大数据管理平台、提升大数据资源在“教、学、管”等环节的应用水平以及探索建立规范的数据治理机制等方面,提出了利用大数据技术创新教育教学管理的路径建议,具有一定的实践参考价值。 With the increasingly in-depth research and application of big data technology,many universities are actively exploring application scenarios such as data-driven teaching,research,and teacher team governance in the field of university teaching management.However,the overall application depth is insufficient and the popularization is not broad.Based on this,this paper starts from the practical logic of Digital transformation of education and teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the practical problems faced by the Digital transformation of education,and from the aspects of establishing the big data concept of education management,establishing a unified interface big data management platform,improving the application level of big data resources in"teaching,learning,management"and other links,and exploring the establishment of a standardized data governance mechanism,Proposed path suggestions for utilizing big data technology to innovate education and teaching management,which has certain practical reference value.
