竹叶黄酮提取纯化及其在轻工业中的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 竹叶富含黄酮类物质,竹叶黄酮具有多种生物活性,可广泛应用于农业、日化产品、医药、功能性食品等行业,开发利用竹叶黄酮已成为近年来的研究热点。文章综述了国内外竹叶黄酮提取和纯化方法以及在轻工业领域的应用现状,以期为竹叶黄酮工业化开发利用提供依据和参考。目前,竹叶黄酮的提取方法可归纳为化学提取法、生物提取法、物理提取法和联合提取法;其纯化方法按照理化性质可归为柱层析法、大孔树脂吸附法以及超滤膜法3类;而检测竹叶黄酮的主要方法有分光光度法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。竹叶黄酮在很多领域都有较好的应用前景,但目前产业化应用仍存在许多尚待解决的问题,今后应在竹叶黄酮的提取和检测方法以及快速高效的产业化方面进行深入研究。 Bamboo leaves are rich in flavonoids,which have a variety of biological activities and can be widely used in agriculture,daily chemical products,medicine,functional food and other industries.The development and utilization of bamboo leaf flavonoids has become a research hotspot in recent years.In this paper,the extraction and purification methods of bamboo leaf flavonoids at home and abroad and their application in light industry were reviewed to provide basis and reference for the industrial development and utilization of bamboo leaf flavonoids.At present,the extraction methods of flavonoids from bamboo leaves can be summarized as chemical extraction,biological extraction,physical extraction and combined extraction.According to physical and chemical properties of flavonoids,the purification methods can be classified into column chromatography,macroporous resin adsorption and ultrafiltration membrane method.The main methods for the detection of flavonoids in bamboo leaves are spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Bamboo leaf flavonoids have good application prospects in many fields,but there are still many problems to be solved in the industrial application.In the future,the extraction and detection methods of bamboo leaf flavonoids as well as the rapid and efficient industrialization should be further studied.
