基于CNKI的装配式建筑研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Prefabricated Building Research Literature Based on CNKI Data

以2010-2021年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中收录的512篇装配式建筑研究相关的核心文献为研究对象,借助CiteSpace.V.7.R2等软件工具,对装配式建筑研究的文献特点、研究热点及前沿进行可视化分析。研究表明:陈伟等学者的文献成果较多;沈阳建筑大学的研究成果最为丰硕;装配式建筑研究热点主要集中在BIM、建筑工业化、预制构件、高层建筑、抗震性能等几方面;标准化、成本控制、预制率、综合评价等方面成为近期装配式建筑研究的发展趋势。

Taking the 512 core papers related to the research of prefabricated buildings included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2010 to 2021 as the research object,with the help of software tools such as CiteSpace.V.7.R2,the characteristics of the research of prefabricated buildings,research hotspots and research frontiers are visualized and analyzed.The research shows that:Chen Wei and other scholars have more literature results;Shenyang Jianzhu University has the most fruitful research results;the research hotspots of prefabricated buildings mainly focus on BIM,construction industrialization,prefabricated components,high-rise buildings,seismic performance,etc;standardization,cost control,prefabrication rate,comprehensive evaluation and other aspects have become the development trend of recent prefabricated building research.
