基于OPC服务器对凝汽器真空度的仿真模拟

摘要 根据不同控制需求需要对控制系统对PID各项参数进行整定,在复杂工况下,不便于直接进行现场调试且对PID参数的不断试错调整会对系统设备的运行造成不稳定因素。因此针对此问题,通过opc服务器功能对组态软件和matlab连接,通过调用simulink中模块模拟现场检测原件数据的输入,对系统进行仿真模拟。从而初步确定系统需要的PID各项参数。共涉及两个PID控制器,通过仿真模拟,在simulink中进行PID参数的整定,最终确认PID控制器各参数为Kp1=-1.35;Ki1=0.33;Kd1=10.19;另一PID控制器个参数为Kp2=0.07;Ki2=7.16;Kd2=0.09时,满足系统需求。 According to different control requirements,the PID parameters of the control system need to be adjusted.In complex working conditions,it is not convenient to directly conduct on-site debugging and the continuous trial and error adjustment of the system PID parameters can cause unstable factors to the operation of the system equipment.Therefore,in response to this issue,the article uses the OPC server function to connect the configuration software with MATLAB,and simulates the system by calling the module in Simulink to simulate the input of on-site detection original data.To preliminarily determine the required PID parameters for the system.The article involves two PID controllers.Through simulation and tuning of PID parameters in Simulink,it is finally confirmed that the parameters of the PID controller are Kp1=-1.35;Ki1=0.33;Kd1=10.19;Another parameter of the PID controller is Kp2=0.07;Ki2=7.16;When Kd2=0.09,it meets the system requirements.
