现浇绿化混凝土植生冲刷试验研究

摘要 现浇绿化混凝土是一种由骨料、水泥和专用添加剂组成,现场拌和、浇筑、振捣成型,满足绿植生长的多孔干硬性混凝土,具有保持水土、美化环境的作用,可应用于公路边坡、河道边坡等多种场合。针对现浇绿化混凝土的抗雨水冲刷性能,开展了模拟降雨植生冲刷试验,研究了降雨强度、边坡坡度、表孔参数和铺筑厚度对径流侵蚀量的影响。结果表明当边坡坡度一定时,径流侵蚀量随着降雨强度的增加而增加,且与径流剪切力呈正相关;当降雨强度一定时,径流侵蚀量随着边坡坡度的增大而增加;表孔参数A(孔深4.5 cm、孔径2.5 cm、孔径2.8 cm)试件的径流侵蚀量少于表孔参数B(孔深4 cm、孔径1 cm、孔径3.5 cm)试件的;铺筑厚度对径流侵蚀量的影响较小。 Cast-in-situ green concrete is a kind of porous dry and hard concrete consisting of aggregates,cement and special additives,which can be mixed,poured and vibrated on site to meet the requirements of growing green plants.It has the functions of water and soil conservation and beautifying the environment.It can be used in many applications such as highway slope and river slope.Aiming at the anti-rainwater scouring performance of cast-in-situ green concrete,the simulated rainfall planting scouring test is carried out,and the effects of rainfall intensity,slope,parameters of surface hole and casting thickness on runoff erosion are studied.The results show that when grade of side slope is constant,runoff erosion increases with the increase of rainfall intensity and is positively correlated with runoff shear force.When rainfall intensity is constant,runoff erosion increases with the increase of slope gradient.The runoff erosion of table hole parameter A(hole depth 4.5 cm,hole diameter 2.5 cm,hole diameter 2.8 cm)is less than that of table hole parameter B(hole depth 4 cm,hole diameter 1 cm,hole diameter 3.5 cm).Casting thickness has little influence on runoff erosion.
