大跨度鱼腹式钢桁架分区拼装滑移施工过程分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对大跨度鱼腹式钢桁架结构采取的滑移施工方案,为了确保滑移施工过程的安全,进行了大跨度鱼腹式钢桁架结构滑移施工过程的数值模拟与分析。首先分析大跨度鱼腹式钢桁架结构采取的滑移施工的特点,将滑移过程进行施工步拆分,并对不同施工步进行了模拟和对比分析;其次在分析结构施工过程受力特点的基础上,重点分析了滑移过程中的最不利工况及滑移施工完成后的工况;最后总结对比了此钢桁架结构滑移施工不同施工步下的结构变形和应力反应。结果表明:大跨度鱼腹式钢桁架结构采取滑移施工时,通过分段拼装滑移的施工步拆分,可以有效减小结构施工过程中的内力和变形,滑移介于CS5~CS6之间是滑移施工的最不利工况分段,分析结果可为其设计与施工提供参考。 In view of the sliding construction scheme adopted for the large–span fish–bellied steel truss structure,the numerical simulation of the sliding construction process of the large–span fish–bellied steel truss structure is carried out for the safety of the sliding construction process.Firstly,according to the characteristics of sliding construction adopted by the large–span fish–bellied steel truss structure,the sliding process is divided into construction steps,and the different construction steps are analyzed,simulated and compared.Secondly,based on the analysis of the stress characteristics of the structure during construction,the most unfavorable working conditions during the sliding process and the working conditions after the sliding construction are analyzed.Finally,the structural deformation and stress response of the steel truss structure under different construction steps are summarized and compared.The results show that the internal force and deformation during the construction of the large–span fish–bellied steel truss structure can be effectively reduced by dividing the construction steps of sectional assembly and slippage.The slippage between CS5 and CS6 is the most unfavorable section of slippage construction.The analysis results can provide a reference for its design and construction.
