Research on the Strategies of Governance System of Science and Technology Ethics:A Case Study of Hangzhou

杭州科技创新快速发展,伴随而来的科技伦理挑战也日益增多。随着中共中央办公厅和国务院办公厅《关于加强科技伦理治理的意见》和浙江省《关于加强科技伦理治理的实施意见》的发布,杭州科技伦理治理体系的建设也在不断地改进和完善。文章以《关于加强科技伦理治理的意见》中提出的科技伦理治理体制、制度、监管、教育等方面的新举措为指导,对杭州科技伦理治理体系建设开展调研,提出杭州科技伦理治理体系对策建议,保障高新科技产业向善发展。

With the rapid development of technological innovation in Hangzhou,the challenges of technological eth-ics are also increasing.With the release of the national"Opinions on Strengthening Ethical Governance of Science and Technology"and the"Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Ethical Governance of Science and Technol-ogy"in Zhejiang Province,the construction of Hangzhou's science and technology ethics governance system is also continuously improving.The article is guided by the new measures proposed in the"Opinions"on the governance system,system,supervision,education,and other aspects of science and technology ethics.It conducts a comprehen-sive,holistic,and comprehensive research on the construction of Hangzhou's science and technology ethics gover-nance system,proposes countermeasures and measures for Hangzhou's science and technology ethics governance system,and ensures the healthy development of high-tech industries.
