妊娠期突发性耳聋的研究进展

Research Progress of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss during Pregnancy

突发性感音神经性听力损失(sudden sensorineural hearing loss,SSNHL)简称突聋,是以短时间听力突然下降为主要特征的耳科急症。目前,国内外已经制定了突聋临床指南以指导临床治疗。但现有突聋指南并不包括妊娠期突聋的治疗推荐。妊娠期是指女性受孕后到分娩之间的时间段。妊娠作为女性的特殊时期,身体会有一系列生理变化。在治疗妊娠期突聋时,既要尽力挽救病人的听力,同时又要避免药物可能给胎儿造成的潜在伤害。本文将对妊娠期突聋的发病、可能病因、治疗以及预后进行探讨,以期为临床妊娠期突聋的治疗提供参考。

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss,SSNHL,is one of the emergencies characterized by sudden hearing loss in a short time.Clinical guidelines for SSNHL have been developed at home and abroad to guide clinical treatment.However,the existing guidelines for SSNHL do not include recommendations for the treatment of SSNHL during pregnancy.Pregnancy as a special period for women,the body will have a series of physiological changes.In the treatment of SSNHL during pregnancy,we should not only try our best to save the patient's hearing,but also avoid the potential damage to the fetus caused by drugs.This article will discuss the pathogenesis,possible etiology,treatment and prognosis of SSNHL during pregnancy,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
