县级图书馆全民阅读推广新思路

The New Ideas of National Reading Promotion for County Libraries

随着全民阅读国家发展战略的深度推进,阅读成为提高民众知识素养、推动社会进步的有效动力。辐射面积小、数量少、空间有限等问题已成为县级图书馆阅读推广工作进一步推进的瓶颈,积极创新阅读推广模式,拓展阅读空间,延伸服务触角,已是公共图书馆大势所趋。县级图书馆地处城乡结合部的地理位置,在打通全民阅读推广最后一公里、推进全民阅读推广进程中起着举足轻重的作用。该文通过近几年全国国民阅读调查数据的分析、文献资料查阅、现有成功做法列举等,总结县级图书馆全民阅读推广工作开展的优势、现状及存在的问题,最后从队伍建设、资源整合、优化推广渠道、传承耕读文化等方面提出一些针对性的优化策略。

With the deep promotion of the national development strategy of universal reading,reading has become an effective driving force for improving people's knowledge literacy and promoting social progress.The problems of small radiation area,limited quantity,and limited space have become bottlenecks in the further promotion of reading promotion work in county-level libraries.Actively innovating reading promotion models,expanding reading space,and extending service tentacles have become the trend of public libraries.County level libraries are located in the urban-rural fringe and play a crucial role in connecting the last mile of national reading promotion and promoting the process of national reading promotion.This article analyzes the advantages,current situation,and existing problems of county-level libraries in promoting national reading through data analysis,literature review,and successful practices in recent years.Finally,some targeted optimization strategies are proposed from aspects such as team building,resource integration,optimization of promotion channels,and inheritance of farming and reading culture.
