内蒙古地区美食文化传播现状研究--以《内蒙古味道·呼和浩特美食记》为例

摘要 中国是一个多民族国家,地域辽阔,不同的地理环境、生活习惯、文化传统等造就了不同地区的饮食文化。饮食文化在各民族生存发展的环境、生活习俗的推动下,进一步交流传播,经过长时间的发展形成丰富的中华美食文化。该文以美食纪录片《内蒙古味道·呼和浩特美食记》为例,探究内蒙古地区美食文化传播意义为目的,分析该纪录片中民族文化的传承与交流、社会情感表达等人文情怀方面的内容,归纳出内蒙古地区美食文化传播策略,包括:采用“调适传播”策略;重视观众参与感;以美食为载体,讲好内蒙古美食故事等。该文旨在使内蒙古美食文化走出乡村牧区得到广泛传播。 China is a multi-ethnic country,vast territory,different geographical environment,living habits,cultural traditions and so on have created different food culture.Driven by the environment and living customs for the survival and development of various ethnic groups,food culture has further communicated and spread,and formed a rich Chinese food culture after a long period of development.This article takes the food documentary The Taste of Inner Mongolia·Hohhot Cuisine as an example and for the purpose of exploring the significance of the dissemination of food culture in Inner Mongolia.It analyzes the inheritance and exchange of ethnic culture,social emotional expression,and other aspects of humanistic sentiment in this documentary,and summarizes the strategies for the dissemination of food culture in Inner Mongolia,including:adopting the"adaptive communication"strategy;emphasizing audience participation;using food as a carrier,tell the story of Inner Mongolia cuisine well.This article aims to promote the widespread dissemination of Inner Mongolia cuisine culture.
