党校图书馆决策咨询服务现状与提升路径研究--以省级党委党校图书馆为例

Current Situation of Decision-making Consulting Service from Party School Libraries and Research on Improvement Path——Taking Party School Library of Provincial Party Committee as an Example

开展决策咨询服务是新时代党校图书馆推进新型智库建设、实现自身转型发展的必然要求。图书馆作为党校提供文献信息服务的学术性机构,具备开展决策咨询服务的优势条件。目前,党校图书馆服务决策咨询进行了诸多有益的实践探索,并取得了一定成效。该研究立足于各省级党委党校图书馆实际,归纳总结了图书馆决策咨询服务现状,思考其在人员素养、信息加工、咨询需求、选题局限性等方面存在的问题,并提出组建决策咨询服务团队、提升文献信息加工能力、构建决策咨询服务机制、联动党政机关做针对性选题四条路径,以期进一步提升党校图书馆决策咨询服务成效,助力党校新型智库建设。

Carrying out decision-making consulting service is essential for Party school libraries to promote the building of new-type think tanks and transform themselves for further development in the new era.As an academic institution that provides literature information services for the Party school,the library bears the advantages to carry out decision-making consulting services.At present,many beneficial practical explorations have been made in decision-making consulting service from Party school libraries and have produced certain effects.Based on the actual practices of the Party school libraries of the provincial Party committees,the paper summarizes the current situation of the library's decision-making consulting services,ponders over its problems in personnel quality,information processing,consulting needs,and topic selection limitations,and further improves the effectiveness of decision-making consulting services of the Party school library by proposing four paths,namely,building a decision-making consulting service team,prompting the literature information processing ability,and creating a decision-making consulting service mechanism,and coordinating the Party and government organs with targeted topics,so as to facilitate the construction of a new type of think tank of the Party school.
