理想信念教育是检验内地西藏班人才培养工作成效的重要指标,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略需求。红色文化是马克思主义中国化时代化的文明成果,是中华民族宝贵的精神财富,红色文化在内地西藏班理想信念教育中具有不可替代的作用。在民族复兴的新征程上,用好、用活、用足红色文化,是内地西藏班的时代使命。该文分析了红色文化融入内地西藏班理想信念教育的价值意蕴,明确了坚持党的领导、坚持以人为本、坚持理实一体的原则遵循,并从善用“三大载体”、打造“两个课堂”、守好“一个阵地”等方面提出了实践路径,以期推动红色文化赋能内地西藏班理想信念教育高质量发展。

Ideal and belief education is an important indicator for testing the effectiveness of talent cultivation in mainland Tibet,and is a strategic requirement for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Red culture is a civilized achievement of sinicization and modernization of Marxism,and a precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.Red culture plays an irreplaceable role in the education of ideals and beliefs in the Tibetan class in China's Mainland.On the new journey of national rejuvenation,it is the mission of the inland Tibet class to make good use of,utilize,and fully utilize the red culture.This article analyzes the value implications of integrating red culture into the ideal and belief education of Tibetan classes in China's Mainland,clarifies the principles of adhering to the leadership of the Party,putting people first,and integrating theory with practice.It also proposes practical paths from the aspects of making good use of the"three major carriers",creating"two classrooms",and guarding"one position",in order to promote the high-quality development of ideal and belief education of Tibetan classes in China's Mainland empowered by red culture.
