Effects of aerobic exercise rehabilitation therapy on cognitive function,serum inflammatory factors and miR-129-5p in patients with AD

摘要 目的探究科学有氧运动康复治疗对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能及血清炎症因子、miR-129-5p水平的影响。方法选取2021年2月~2022年2月我院收治的82例AD患者,采用单双球法随机分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予科学有氧运动康复治疗。比较治疗前和治疗2个月后两组患者认知功能、精神状态、血清炎症因子水平、miR-129-5p水平及生活质量。结果治疗2个月后,两组患者MMSE评分、miR-129-5p水平、ADCS-ADL评分及QOL-AD评分较治疗前升高,观察组高于对照组(P均<0.05);ADAS-cog评分、NPI评分、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论科学有氧运动康复疗法能够改善AD患者认知功能、精神状态,同时使患者血清炎症因子水平降低,提高患者miR-129-5p水平和生活质量。 Objective To explore the effects of scientific aerobic exercise rehabilitation therapy on cognitive function and levels of serum inflammatory factors and miR-129-5p in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods Eighty-two patients with AD admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by the single-double ball method.The control group was given routine health education while the observation group was given scientific aerobic exercise rehabilitation therapy.The cognitive function,mental state,serum inflammatory factors,miR-129-5p level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before therapy and after 2 months of therapy.Results After 2 months of therapy,the MMSE score,miR-129-5p level,ADCS-ADL score and QOL-AD score of the two groups were enhanced compared with those before therapy,and the scores and level in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The ADAS-cog score,NPI score and levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αwere reduced compared to before therapy,and the scores and levels in observation group were lower compared with those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific aerobic exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve the cognitive function and mental state,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and enhance the level of miR-129-5p and quality of life of patients with AD.
