重复经颅磁刺激联合文拉法辛对更年期伴抑郁女性患者的效果

Effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with venlafaxine in menopausal women with depression

目的 探讨对更年期伴抑郁女性采用重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)结合文拉法辛治疗后对其情绪、睡眠质量和性激素水平的影响。方法 选取2020年6月~2021年12月期间本院接收的110例更年期伴抑郁患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组和观察组各55例。其中对照组给予常规治疗结合文拉法辛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合rTMS进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后抑郁程度、睡眠质量、性激素水平及5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度。结果 治疗后,观察组FSH水平以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁流调量表(CES-D)、睡眠质量各项评分及总分均明显低于对照组,5-HT、雌二醇(E2)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床针对更年期伴抑郁的女性患者采用rTMS联合文拉法辛治疗效果确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with grammar rasine in menopausal women with depression.Methods 110 female patients with menopausal depression admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group and the observation group each had 55 patients.The control group was treated with routine treatment combined with venlafaxine,and the observation group was treated with rTMS on the basis of the control group.Compare the levels of depression,sleep quality,sexual hormones and serotonin(5-HT)between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the FSH level,HAMD,CES-D,sleep quality scores,and total scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of 5-HT and E2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rTMS combined with venlafaxine for female patients with menopause and depression is definite,and it is worth clinical application.
