舍曲林联合心理治疗对合并焦虑、抑郁情绪的急性心肌梗死患者的疗效分析

Sertraline combined with psychotherapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with anxiety and depression

目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并焦虑抑郁患者予以舍曲林联合心理治疗的临床效果。方法于2020年6月~2022年6月采集医院病例入档,对象为收治的合并有焦虑抑郁的AMI患者,共计纳入100例,基于“随机数字表法”分组,划分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以心理治疗+安慰剂治疗,观察组予以心理治疗+舍曲林治疗,各组纳入50例;观察对比两组情绪、睡眠质量、心功能、生活质量。结果治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均降低,且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均降低,且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左室射血分数、心搏量、心输出量均高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组简易健康状况调查表评分均有一定程度的升幅,且观察组升幅较对照组更大(P<0.05)。结论舍曲林联合心理治疗AMI合并焦虑抑郁患者,可显著改善焦虑抑郁程度,并提高睡眠质量,同时对其心功能恢复发挥积极作用,实现提高生活质量及改善预后的干预目标。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sertraline combined with psychotherapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and anxiety and depression.Methods Hospital cases were collected from June 2020 to June 2022,and 100 AMI patients with anxiety and depression were enrolled.Based on the"random number table method",they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given psychotherapy+placebo,the observation group was given psychotherapy+Sertraline,and 50 cases were included in each group.Observe and compare the psychological emotions,sleep quality,heart function,and quality of life between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in both groups were lower,and the scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular Ejection fraction,stroke volume and Cardiac output of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a certain degree of increase in the scores of both groups on the Simplified Health Status Questionnaire,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline combined with psychotherapy for AMI patients with anxiety and depression can significantly improve the degree of anxiety and depression,improve the quality of sleep,play an active role in the recovery of cardiac function,and achieve the intervention goal of improving the quality of life and improving the prognosis.
