肠道息肉与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系

The relationship between intestinal polyps and anxiety,depression

目的探讨肠道息肉与焦虑、抑郁状态的关系。方法本研究选择2022年1月~2023年1月80例肠道息肉患者以及80例肠镜检查无病变的体检人员,分别设为息肉组与正常组。比较两组患者的一般资料,评估两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),二列相关性分析法分析肠道息肉与SDS评分、SAS评分的相关性。结果息肉组与正常组的饮酒史、糖尿病、年龄、高血脂差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组性别、高血压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);息肉组SDS评分、SAS评分显著高于正常组,焦虑、抑郁检出率显著高于正常组,(P<0.05);二列相关性分析显示,肠道息肉与SDS评分、SAS评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肠道息肉患者焦虑、抑郁情绪较为明显,且焦虑抑郁情绪与肠道息肉发病可能具有关联。

Objective To explore the relationship between intestinal polyps and anxiety and depression.Methods Eighty patients with intestinal polyps from January 2022 to January 2023,as well as 80 individuals who underwent colonoscopy examination without any lesions were selected,They were set as the polyp group and the normal group respectively.The general information between two groups of patients were compared.The two groups of patients with Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were evaluated.The point two column correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between intestinal polyps and SDS and SAS scores.Results There were significant differences in drinking history,diabetes,age and hyperlipidemia between the polyp group and the normal group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gender and hypertension between the two groups(P>0.05).The SDS score and SAS score of the polyp group were significantly higher than those of the normal group,and the examination rates of anxiety and depression were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Two column correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between intestinal polyps and SDS and SAS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety and depression are more pronounced in patients with intestinal polyps,and there may be a significant correlation between anxiety and depression and the onset of intestinal polyps.
