ABCDE集束化护理对呼吸内科重症患者情绪改善及ICU综合征的作用

Effect of ABCDE cluster nursing on emotional improvement and ICU syndrome prevention in critically Ill patients in respiratory medicine department

目的探讨ABCDE集束化护理对呼吸内科重症患者情绪改善及ICU综合征的预防作用。方法本研究对象为2020年2月~2022年2月84例呼吸内科重症患者,数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用ABCDE集束化护理。评估两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),评估ICU综合征并比较两组发生率,比较机械通气时间、呼吸重症监护室(RICU)住院时间。结果两组护理后SDS评分、SAS评分均显著降低,且护理后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ICU综合征发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组机械通气时间、RICU住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ABCDE集束化护理用于呼吸内科重症患者能够减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,并降低患者ICU综合征发生率,减少机械通气及RICU住院时间。

Objective To explore the effect of ABCDE cluster nursing on improving mood and preventing ICU syndrome in critically ill patients in respiratory medicine department.Methods Eighty-four critically ill patients in respiratory medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according the digital table method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received ABCDE cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated.The ICU syndrome were evaluated and the incidence between the two groups were compared.The duration of mechanical ventilation,duration of respiratory intensive care unit(RICU)stay were compared.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of ICU syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and RICU hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ABCDE bundled care for critically ill patients in respiratory medicine can reduce anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome,and reduce mechanical ventilation and RICU hospitalization time.
