目的:结合新版FIG健美操竞赛规则对17届健美操世锦赛混双决赛成套难度动作进行对比分析,了解世界优秀运动员的难度编排,为我国混双项目提供编排支撑和创新思想,为我国运动员和教练员提供难度选择与训练建议,提高我国竞技健美操混双项目国际竞争力。方法:文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法。结果:1.各国优秀运动员难度动作选择起点较高。2.难度动作组合单一,缺乏创新。3.难度动作选择分布不均匀,空中难度选择使用率较高。

Objectives:To combine the new version of the FIG aerobics competition rules with the 17 aerobics world championships mixed pairs final sets of difficult movements for comparative analysis,to understand the difficulty of the world's best athletes choreography,to provide choreographic support and innovative ideas for China's mixed pairs program,to provide difficulty selection and training advice for our athletes and coaches,and to improve the international competitiveness of China's competitive aerobics mixed pairs program.Methods:Literature method,video analysis method,mathematical and statistical method.Results:1.The starting point of difficulty selection for the best athletes from different countries is high.2.The combination of difficulty is single and lacks innovation.3.The distribution of difficulty selection is uneven,and the usage rate of aerial difficulty selection is high.
