降浊消脂透皮贴联合降脂茶饮治疗超重/肥胖非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of JiangZhu Xiaozhi transdermal patch combined with Jiangzhi tea in the treatment of overweight/obese non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (phlegm-dampness internal obstruction type)

目的:探讨降浊消脂透皮贴贴敷联合降脂茶饮对超重/肥胖非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰湿内阻型)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2021年5月至2023年5月的超重/肥胖非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰湿内阻型)住院患者80例,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和干预组,每组40例。对照组患者口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,干预组患者采用降浊消脂透皮贴贴敷肝区联合降脂茶饮治疗,疗程均为8周。比较两组患者治疗前后血清学指标(ALT、AST、TG、TC)、BMI指数、腰围、腹围、臀围等指标,并观察临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后两组患者ALT、AST、TC、TG水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),干预组患者各血清学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的BMI指数、腰围、臀围较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),腹围无明显改善(P>0.05)。干预组BMI指数、腰围、腹围、臀围显著改善(P<0.05),而且改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且干预组肝脏超声有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05),干预组临床总有效率(97.50%)明显优于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。结论:自拟降浊消脂透皮贴贴敷联合降脂茶饮可减轻超重/肥胖非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰湿内阻型)患者的症状和体征,促进肝功能恢复,降低血脂水平,改善肝脏超声下脂肪肝分级水平,且能有效减轻患者体重及腰围、腹围、臀围。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of JiangZhu Xiaozhi transdermal patch combined with Jiangzhi tea on overweight/obese patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm-dampness and internal obstruction).Methods:A total of 80 overweight/obese inpatients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm-dampness internal resistance type)in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules by mouth,and the treatment group was treated with Jiangzhuo Xiaozhi transdermal patch on the liver area combined with Jiangzhi tea.The course of treatment was eight weeks.After treatment,serological indexes(ALT/AST/TG/TC),BMI,waist circumference,abdominal circumference,hip circumference and other indexes of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy was calculated.Results:After eight weeks of treatment,ALT/AST/TC and TG levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and serological indexes in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,BMI,waist circumference,and hip circumference were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but abdominal circumference was not significantly improved(P>0.05).BMI,waist circumference,abdominal circumference,and hip circumference in the intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of liver ultrasound in the intervention group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate in the intervention group(97.50%)was significantly better than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Jiangzhuo Xiaozhi transdermal application combined with Jiangzhi tea can alleviate the symptoms and signs of overweight/obese patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm-dampness internal resistance type),promote the recovery of liver function,reduce the level of blood lipid,improve the level of fatty liver under ultrasound,and effectively reduce the weight and waist circumference,abdominal circumference and hip circumference of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
