添加剂JFC-SF对柠檬酸盐体系电镀锡的影响

摘要 采用循环伏安法研究了在由0.1 mol/L SnCl_(2)·2H_(2)O和0.20 mol/L Na_3C_6H_5O_7·2H_(2)O组成的弱酸性基础镀液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚类添加剂JFC-SF对锡电沉积行为的影响,并通过扫描电镜分析和X射线衍射考察了添加剂JFC-SF的体积分数和电流密度对电镀锡电流效率及Sn镀层形貌和物相结构的影响。结果表明,添加JFC-SF能够增强锡电沉积的阴极极化,JFC-SF的体积分数为4 mL/L时可在电流密度0.6~1.2 A/dm~2范围内电沉积得到平整、均匀、致密的Sn镀层。 The effect of fatty alcohol ethoxylate propoxylate additive JFC-SF on the electrodeposition behavior of tin in a weakly acidic electrolyte comprising SnCl2ꞏ2H2O 0.1 mol/L and Na3C6H5O7ꞏ2H2O 0.20 mol/L was studied by cyclic voltammetry.The effects of volume fraction of JFC-SF and current density on the current efficiency of tin electrodeposition and the morphology and phase structure of Sn coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that JFC-SF can increase the cathodic polarization of tin electrodeposition.A smooth,uniform,and compact Sn coating can be obtained by electroplating with 4 mL/L of JFC-SF at current density ranging from 0.6 to 1.2 A/dm2.
