个性化健康管理在高尿酸血症患者中的应用

Application of Personalized Health Management in Patients with Hyperuricemia

目的:探析个性化健康管理在高尿酸血症体检者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月钦州市第一人民医院高尿酸血症患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规健康管理,观察组采用个性化健康管理。比较两组血尿酸水平、自我管理能力评分、生活质量。结果:干预后,两组血尿酸水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组各项自我管理能力评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组各项生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康管理有利于提高高尿酸血症患者自我管理能力及生活质量,降低血尿酸水平。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized health management in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hyperuricemia were selected as the study objects in Qinzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine health management,and the observation group received personalized health management.Blood uric acid level,self-management ability score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the blood uric acid levels of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the self-management ability scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized health management can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with hyperuricemia,and reduce the level of blood uric acid.
