综合护理对无痛内镜下肠息肉切除术患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients Undergoing Painless Endoscopic Intestinal Polypectomy

目的:观察无痛内镜下肠息肉切除术患者护理中应用综合护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—5月于湛江市中心人民医院行无痛内镜下肠息肉切除术的患者300例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组行常规基础护理,观察组行综合护理。比较两组术后恢复时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组VAS评分低于护理前,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);结论:综合护理可减轻无痛内镜下肠息肉切除术患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in the care of patients undergoing painless endoscopic intestinal polypectomy.Methods:A total of 300 patients who underwent painless endoscopic intestinal polypectomy were selected as the study objects in Central People's Hospital of Zhanjiang City from January to May 2022,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 150 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The postoperative recovery time,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the VAS scores of the observation group Lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can relieve pain,reduce complication rate,promote patient recovery and improve patient satisfaction.
